Abstract
In Part 1, those British Carboniferous trilobites belonging to the families Aulacopleuridae and Brachymetopidae are described. The former is represented by four species of Namuropyge, and the latter by seven (three new) of Brachymetopus; additionally two species of the former and three of the latter are described under open nomenclature.Keywords
