Abstract
From the spring thaw to the end of the year 17, 525 aerial insects were caught by a sticky trap technique over the surface and on the bank of the stream. Diptera, including 89 determined species, accounted for 96% of the catch. Over three times as many Diptera were caught over the stream as on the bank, this excess being due mainly to Chironomids and Empidids. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
