Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Urinary Infections

Abstract
Amoxicillin was administered orally in doses of either 250 or 500 mg three times a day to 34 patients with recurrent urinary tract infections. The infecting organisms were eradicated from 25 patients (73 %). The medication was well tolerated with no side effects.
