Abstract
The magnitude of the polar-vector Cabibbo angle obtained from decay has been reevaluated using the Kemmer description of pseudoscalar mesons. We find . This compares favorably with the value obtained for decays, and thus removes the discrepancy between and the value obtained from the conventional Klein-Gordon description, . Combining the Kemmer and the -decay results leads to a "best" value of . A new determination of the axial-vector Cabibbo angles and is also obtained.
