Fixed Drug Eruption to Oxyphenbutazone and Phenylbutazone

Abstract
In the literature there is only one report of a fixed drug eruption due to oxyphenbutazone. We are reporting a patient whose fixed drug eruption was caused by oxyphenbutazone and who showed cross-sensitivity to phenylbutazone. There was no history of phenylbutazone having been administered to this patient earlier than the challenging test dose.
