Abstract
Efficient and practical one-pot syntheses of the fluorenylmethyl-based side chain derivatives of glutamic and aspartic acids, lysine, and cysteine are described. Likewise, stability/lability of these derivatives towards solvents and reagents used in solid phase peptide synthesis are discussed. Keywords
