Abstract
A direct Chromatographie method is described for the separation of the anthronglycosides by means of their nitroso-dirnethylaniline derivatives. These stable derivatives allow their identification and determination in plants without any deterioration. ILésumé, Une méthode est décrite pour la Chromatographie directe des hétérosides anthroniques sous forme de leurs dérivés de nitroso-diméthylaniline. Au cours de la méthode aucune détérioration de ces dérivés n'est constatée et la méthode rend possible l'identification et le dosage des anthrones dans les drogues végétales fraîches ou desséchées.
