Abstract
A new closed-circuit apparatus was described which continuously records O2 consumption in small mammals over periods of several days with automatic correction for changes in barometric pressure. The equipment is sensitive to less than 0.01 ml of 62 /hour and can measure O2 consumption over a wide range. Keywords
