Abstract
Two cases of distinctive, multiple, solid lymphangioma of spleen are described. Both lesions occurred in young Chinese females who presented with pain and a mass in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. The nature of this lesion is discussed; it is believed that it is basically a malformation with proliferative capacity. No similar case reports are known in the English literature. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
