Abstract
The effect of radiation doping on the recovery spectra of Mo, W and Fe is studied by means of electrical resistivity measurements. The amount of recovery in stages I and II after the second low temperature irradiation is enhanced by irradiation doping if the annealing temperature after the first irradiation is below the vacancy stage and the effect of doping vanishes almost when a doped specimen is annealed above the vacancy stage. Thus, doping experiments are performed in Mo, W and Fe. The recovery stages for vacancies in Mo, W and Fe are considered to be ∼200°C, ∼430°C and ∼140°C, respectively. Keywords
