Abstract
A delayed hypersensitivity index can be obtained by standardized in vivo testing with available antigens. Recall antigens and DNCB [dinitrochlorobenzene] can be used to assess the afferent limb. The index is a valid indicator of cellular immunity, which is important as a dynamic indicator in many medical conditions and in treating patients with malignancy.
