Abstract
Paper discs, pre-soaked in Richard's solution containing 10 ppm pimaricin, provided an effective “bait” for the selective isolation of Pythium spp. Discs buried in cultivated soils and undisturbed natural soils, or placed in a stream and reservoir, all yielded Pythium spp.Keywords
