Abstract
The temperature dependence of the constant-energy scans for neutron scattering by isotropic ferromagnets is studied. The weak temperature dependence of the maxima of these scans is explained, and the temperature dependence of the width is predicted. In the case of a uniaxial ferromagnet the effects of dynamic Fisher-Langer corrections are calculated. In the constant-wave-vector scans a slight enhancement of the scattering near is found.
