Abstract
The PG [prostaglandin] concentrations in the semen of 23 fertile men were 73 .mu.g PGE/ml, 267 Umg 19-OH PGE/ml, 2.1 Umg PGF/ml and 18.3 .mu.g 19-OH PGF/ml. The wide ranges of concentrations found for the PGE (2-272 .mu.g/ml) and for the 19-OH PGE (53-1094 Umg/ml) throw some doubt on the previously established correlation between infertility and low PG concentrations. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
