Abstract
Two eases of primary adenocarcinoma of the third part of the duodenum are reported. In the first patient, a possible association of the cancer with the sign of leser Trelat. was observed. In this patient, radiographical examination, perlormed two months prior to our investigation, was interpretated as normal. Only repeated Barium-studies. made because of persistant postprandial vomiting, provided definite diagnosis. In both cases. “curative” surgery consisted of segmental resection of a part of the duodenum. No recurrence is observed until now. twelve months and five years alter surgery. Keywords
