Temperature Dependence of Pyroelectricity

Abstract
An expression is derived for the "primary" pyroelectric coefficient. In contrast to currently accepted theory, it is proportional to near absolute zero, and it depends on the anharmonic potential in the same way as on the second-order dipole moment.
