Abstract
The chemical and physical properties of the drug and the experimental methods used are described. Fungistatic activity of R 10 100 was compared in vivo and in vitro with a reference compound. R 10 100 was a potent fungistatic agent against derma-tophytes and other fungi in vitro, and a remarkable fungicidal agent against dermatophytes. R 10 100 is also active against experimental tinea in guinea-pigs.
