Abstract
If repeated peritoneal exudates are produced in the rabbit by the injection of isotonic saline, the white cells appearing in the circulation and in the exudates become increasingly younger, the normal polymorphs being successively replaced by young polymorphs, metamyelocytes, and myelo-cytes.
