Abstract
The effects of coherence and final-state Coulomb interactions on the Bose-Einstein correlations of identical particles are studied. It is shown that these corrections can be important, reducing the apparent source size by 20%. Coherence effects are shown to significantly reduce the coherence parameters for small sources. Other causes of correlation are also discussed. Keywords
