Abstract
Four cases are described of schizophrenia-like psychoses of epilepsy occurring in association with disturbances of folate and vitamin B12 metabolism induced by treatment with anticonvulsant drugs. Evidence suggesting a causal relationship between the disturbed vitamin metabolism and the abnormal mental state is discussed. This publication has 29 references indexed in Scilit:
