Abstract
The metal distribution in the metamorphosed, stratiform, Fe-Zn-Cu sulphide deposit (Kieslager) of Stekenjokk is studied. Obvious thickening and thinning of the ore body took place during an early isoclinal fold phase. Reconstruction of the pretectonic morphology indicates an elongated and thickened sulphide body. Primary zoning indicates way-up in the volcano-sedimentary sequence. Metamorphic mobilization and redeposition are selective and of certain importance for the ore geometry. Control of combined distribution patterns is necessary for the economic exploitation of the deposit. Keywords
