Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia with Osteolytic Bone Lesions, Hypercalcemia, and Monoclonal Protein

Abstract
A 65-year-old man with a clinically typical case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) developed diffuse osteolytic bone lesions, hypercalcemia, marked osteoclast activity, and a monoclonal urinary protein. The implications of these findings are discussed.
