Abstract
Female, white mice inoculated with a mixture containing Hemophtlus pertussis vaccine. 8750 million organisms, and horse serum, 0.03 ml. given intraperit. were found after 15 days to be markedly sensitive to an intraven. challenge with 0.1 ml. of horse serum. The exptl. group showed a mortality rate of 95/102 after 24 hrs.; the rate of the control series was 3/66.Keywords
