Abstract
Fe, Al and P were determined by ICP atomic emission spectrometry in an ammonium oxalate-oxalic acid extract of soil. Measuring conditions were optimized towards P. Transport interferences were prevented by diluting and acidifying the sample solutions. Spectral interferences on P were found with Fe, Al and Cu. A correction may be made for soils high in Al and/or Fe. The analytical results showed good agreement with other methods. (Abstract retrieved from CAB Abstracts by CABI’s permission)Keywords
