Abstract
The availability of B- and T-cell membrane markers has provided new approaches and concepts in the study of lymphoproliferative diseases. The present status of knowledge in monoclonal B-cell proliferations, T-cell proliferations such as the Sézary syndrome and chronic lymphocytic leukemia of T-cell origin, acute lymphoblastic leukemias and non-Hodgkin lymphomas is briefly reviewed.
