Abstract
The viscosity B-coefficients of glycine and DL-alanine in 5%, 15% and 25% w/w dimethylformamide-water mixtures have been measured. The densities and limiting apparent molal volumes are also presented. It is shown that dimethylformamide is a structure-breaker whereas DL-alanine is only a weak structure-breaker.Keywords
