Abstract
A facile synthesis of trans-3,4-dihydroxy-anti-1,2-epoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7,12-dimethylbenz(a) anthracene 1 ; a highly carcinogenic metabolite of 7,12-dimethylbenz(a) anthracene (DMBA) have been described.Keywords
