Abstract
Suppurative keratitis due to Staphylococcus aureus occurred in a myopic female with atopic dermatitis 10 days after radial keratotomy. A small perforation in the infected radial incision reopened during antibacterial therapy and was repaired with cyanoacrylate adhesive. Residual corneal scarring produced with-the-rule astigmatism, but uncorrected visual acuity improved to 20/25.Keywords
