Abstract
Three years of replacement therapy with thyroid, desoxycorticosterone, Na sulfate, and testosterone has restored moderate well-being to the patient. However, the persistence of some evidence of adreno-cortical deficiency may indicate a failure of the organotherapy to induce any significant permanent regeneration in the damaged hypophysis.
