Alkyl-dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium chloride, a stable germicide not affected by detergents or soaps, exhibits marked bactericidal action against organisms found on eating utensils. A dilution of 1-5000 with 1-min. exposure markedly reduces bact. content on the utensils. Keywords
