Abstract
The theoretical approach to broadband time-frequency problems has led to consideration of new time-frequency distributions affiliated with the affine group of clock changes. Due to their origin these distributions involve stretched forms of the signals which are not easy to compute by standard techniques. An attempt is made to solve this difficulty by giving efficient algorithms founded on the use of the fast Mellin transform. Keywords
