Abstract
Branched renal calculi are extremely unusual in infants. We report a case of a partial staghorn calculus in a 9-month-old boy and discuss how techniques routinely used in the treatment of staghorn calculi in adults (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, nephrostolithotomy, percutaneous irrigation) can be applied to the infant kidney. Keywords
