Abstract
The concept of Pareto optimality and the concept of Max Inf condition are used to give a new definition of Optimality for a coalition of players. A necessary condition and a sufficient condition are proved for a class of topological games by using the approach of the theory of Reachability for Perturbed System. Keywords
