Abstract
A theoretical discussion is presented of pseudosurface polaritons associated with magnetoplasmons in a semi-infinite sample of a semiconductor. The dispersion curve, electric field ratios, and attenuation constants connect smoothly to the corresponding quantities outside of the pseudosurface wave region. The geometrical configuration of the magnetic field perpendicular to the surface and arbitrary wave-vector direction is discussed. A comparison is made of the dispersion relation of pseudosurface polaritons with that of surface polaritons outside of the pseudosurface-wave region. Keywords
