Abstract
It is shown that the water-permeability of isolated connective-tissue membranes is very sensitive to the combination of weak mechanical tension and x-irradiation. The analogy with the effects of irradiation, dithionite and chemoprotectors on synovial viscosity is very clear.Keywords
