Abstract
Five cases of primary lung fibroleiomyosarcoma are reported. The histological criteria for diagnosis are described and the main pathological and clinical features are discussed. Microscopically, the tumor present a range of appearances from those which are well differentiated to anaplastic tumors with multiple metastases. The prognosis appears to be related to the degree of histological differentiation. Keywords
