Abstract
Accurate low concentrations of carbon monoxide, at levels comparable with those found in ambient air, are prepared by permeation through a thin silicone membrane at a constant temperature. The lowering in CO pressure into a diffusing phial is a measure of permeation rate. The device described permits the dynamic calibration and testing of atmospheric CO analyzers. Keywords
