Abstract
The binding correction of the two-loop contribution to the Lamb shift in hydrogenlike atoms is calculated by a combined analytical and numerical method. A new theoretical value for the Lamb shift is given and the proton radius puzzle is solved in favor of the value obtained by the Mainz group. Keywords
