Abstract
We report measurements of hydrogen charge fractions following the collision of on He. Incident energy is varied from 0.47 to 20 keV. The charge fractions were measured at scattering angles of 0.3° to 5°. A large neutral charge fraction is found at all energies and angles. At high energies, the elastic channel has a simple velocity dependence. We propose a simple model for this elastic channel.
