Abstract
A 35-year-old black woman developed numerous vitiligo-like small hypopigmented macules on the upper and lower extremities. Histologically the lesions were consistent with epidermotropic mycosis fungoides or pagetoid reticulosis. The patient is presented because of a clinical picture unusual for either of the above microscopic diagnoses. Keywords
