Abstract
Cultured cell lines from human teratomas provide models to study molecules which might regulate tumour growth or normal embryonic development. Here, we describe efforts to delineate the role of transcription factors, extracellular matrix, and growth factors in controlling growth and differentiation of human embryonal carcinoma and yolk sac tumour. Keywords
