Abstract
A numerical calculation of the diffusion of transverse momentum inside the Lipatov Pomeron is presented. Whereas there is no problem with the infrared region for associated jet production at HERA, or for Mueller-Navelet jets at the SSC, the use of the Lipatov Pomeron for the structure function at low Q2 is problematic and seems to require higher-order corrections. Keywords
