Abstract
In this Brief Report we study decays in a factorization model with neglect of the annihilation term. We find that a mass averaging over the width of using a Breit-Wigner measure does not lead to an enhancement of the rate. We discuss the missing physics that would bridge the gap between theory and experiment.
