Abstract
The Ocydromiinae (Diptera: Empidoidea: Hybotidae) of New Zealand is revised and a key to genera and species given. Four genera are recognised: Oropezella Collin, 1926; Pseudoscelolabes Collin, 1933, Abocciputa n. gen.; and Austropeza n. gen. The following new species or new combinations are proposed: O. trucispicata n. sp.; O. loripes n. sp.; O. diminuloruma n. sp.; Abocciputa pilosa n. sp.; and Austropeza insolita (Collin, 1928) n. comb. The known distribution of the species is summarised.Keywords
