Abstract
The electric field gradients at an ion site per monopole moment and per quadrupole moment of all other ions are calculated for a body-centered rhombohedral structure over a wide range of parameter values. Similar calculations specifically applicable to the elements arsenic, antimony, and bismuth, for which the body-centered ion is slightly displaced, are also performed. Keywords
