Abstract
In the embryo, skin, muscle, lung and brain tissues contain greater amounts of biotin than the corresponding tissues in the adult. Heart, kidney, and liver show lower levels in the embryo. In every case studied, the biotin level of the tumor deviated sharply from the normal adult values in the same direction as that of the corresponding embryo tissues. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
