Strategies to search for the standard-model Higgs boson at a 1-TeVe+ecollider

Abstract
We have used detailed Monte Carlo simulations to study strategies to search for the standard-model Higgs boson produced in the reactions e+ eZ0 H0 and e+ eνeν¯e H0 at an e+ e center-of-mass energy of 1 TeV. We show that it is possible to extract a significant signal from all standard-model backgrounds if the mass of the Higgs boson is not near the mass of the W± or Z0 and is less than 400 (500) GeV when a data sample of 10 (30) fb1 has been collected.
