Abstract
On the basis of four personal cases and of 20 cases taken from the literature, the authors outline the radioclinical aspects of the pseudo-pottic forms of ankylosing spondylitis and distinguish, aside from forms very closely resembling a microbial lesion, pseudodystrophic forms whose appearance is very close to that of intraspongious hernias.
