Abstract
An anti-nomifensine [NF] antibody was identified in a patient with immune hemolysis and renal failure who was under NF therapy. The anti-drug specificity of the antibody was confirmed by inhibition assays using Sepharose gel-NF conjugates. Preliminary screening tests for anti-NF antibody in 104 patients treated by the drug showed no further example of such immunization.
