Abstract
Submaxillary glands of cats stimulated electrically were able to replace completely the K lost in the saliva during stimulation. Glands stimulated with pilocarpine lost this restorative power as the output increased. Pilocarpine probably has some specific effect on the intake of K by the gland. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
